Your 2 farm mods are quite interesting but I would just make them into one big farm mod and add alot more content like a composter to make fertile soil where crops grow faster on this is possible by not only making the crop grow when it is randomly ticked, but also when two blocks above or below it are randomly ticked.

As far as Snorkel, Recycling, and Saddle Crafting, I've no personal interest in those, but I'm sure they're well done too. Actually, I've been messing around with instant structures in capsules and want to expand on it. I thought of doing a mount for the Nimbus as well as making it only ride-able when you've been good no baby animal or villager kills. I was also experimenting with world generation to place saiyan ships and Korin's Tower randomly, so your idea would be perfect for other random structures to generate.
I was going to do a baking mod, that was previously just flour and dough, and I have a cheese texture and even cream and tomatoes. I even had olives and olive oil to make pizza dough, so I might just add it all in with the other food mods.
