If your top gun QB leaves via the NFL draft, you'll probably want to look into the best high school arms available. Then just pick a setting -- Aggressive, Hard, Moderate, Soft, or None -- for your category, and the program does everything else.

I must admit that this mode probably gets more exciting if you continue for a good number of seasons.
