My IT people are saying it's not, but maybe they are wrong. If you've looked into your settings and they are correct, then what more can you do right?
I am currently working with your support staff. My original email stated my problem with docx files. The first reply I got said that the problem was fixed. I tried again and was still having the same problem. I emailed this back to support - got a reply to please send us a link that is doing this. I emailed a link that is still downloading as a zip on December I have not gotten a reply since this email.
The email would have come from tbrand pridgeonandclay. On the URL, try changing www. This is posing a real problem for me too. Is there any way you can get this corrected? Do you have a time frame? Believe it or not, Word and formatted files, are in fact ZIP files. Word and Excel for that matter unzips them before opening them.
For those computers with this problem, running IE in compatibility mode seems to help. Using a Non-IE browswer avoids the problem all together. On computers with this problem, it doesn't seem to matter if you upgrade IE to the latest version, the problem persists. We have the same issues. When I get an email response the files are docx and I can open them.
When anybody else receives the form they come across as zip files. If they forward me the response it shows up for ma as a docx file. So it doesn't necessarily help to forward one to jotform. This is a real problem. Welcome to JotForm!

Help, please. We are having the same problem. My problem is that it is that way in why are all my downloads zip files emails. When it comes to me it is fine, it shows up as docx. When other people in the office get why are all my downloads zip files same email it is a zip file. They can forward me the email and it is a docx.
